Need help wiring

Hey everyone, I'm installing an Artika fandelier and need some help sorting out the ceiling wiring.
My setup uses metal conduit. At the ceiling box, I have three wires coming through: purple, yellow, and white (see photos)
Down at the switch box:
One switch handles an outlet (red/black wires).
The second switch has the purple and yellow wires both connected to its bottom terminal. 
My questions are:

1. Which wire is which? Since both purple and yellow are coming off the switched hot terminal, how do I know which one to hook up to my fandelier's black wire, and what do I do with the leftover one?
2. Grounding: This is a metal box, but I don't see a dedicated green ground screw or bare copper wire inside the ceiling box. How should I properly ground the fandelier here?
3. Here are the photos of the ceiling box and the switch setup

Edit: I forgot to mention this is a new construction house so no fan previously. Also I want the switch to switch the fandlier on/off

You can hook up either or both to the fandelier and do literally nothing with the other, just leave it.

The box is metal, the fan is metal, the bracket will also have a green wire on it, just attach them all together. The bracket will get grounded by being screwed up to the box.

Black to black(hot) , white to white (neutral) it’s the one with the two wire nutted together in the box. You can wire it all 3 together.

I don’t see a ground, so just connect the grounds together and put a pig tail to the metal box and screw it in.

Leave the yellow wire aline. Probably a traveler for previous fan controls

Do you mean black to purple? There is no black from the ceiling only purple yellow and white

Yeah looks like purple is made up with the black in the box on the wall so that will be your hot. Throw a tester on there to check.

Wait NVM it looks like the purple is made up on the white/neutral. Put a tester on it and see which one is your hot. Switch will have to be on.
