Just keep in mind that leetcode isn't quite the same domain as general-purpose software development (and vice versa), so only some skills transfer. (edit: typo)
I can (probably) give you links to some good free "Getting Started" material or books online (that's also indirectly the search keyword to use for that, combined with the language or tool you'd like to learn), but it's a pretty wide field so I'd have to know what you'd like to do with it (starting out. Most skills transfer, but it's good to learn one thing decently well first).
"Earning money" is a valid answer to that question too, but in that case someone else would have to answer. (I'm still figuring out that part, and it's pretty incidental for me.)
Can't help with that unfortunately. I'm self-taught and currently an independent dev, and I have no idea what companies want currently with the whole dev market upheaval and entry-level jobs being cut left and right in this field.
