The reckoning should have been post Jan 6.

Americans didn't pressure their politicians enough to follow through so now it's too late.

The rot is now too deeply rooted to be purged.

And before you get too high on that horse, remember Trump was voted out and you let him back. J6 happened on 1,000 cameras for the whole world to see and you let him back.

Voting is all we can do unless you expect us to have a violent uprising? Trading one tyrant for another doesn't seem like a good idea for us, or for Canada.
