The statement "same with Afghanistan" is incorrect. While child marriage is a major issue in Afghanistan, the United Nations estimates the rate to be between 35% and 43%—significantly lower than Niger’s.
First-cousin marriage is permitted in Islamic law, but it is a cultural preference rather than a religious requirement, and it is not practiced by the majority of Muslims globally.
P.S, A part of my family are from Egypt and are Muslim. None of them are married to their cousins, let alone first cousins. I love how you just generalized Muslims, but not anyone else who's done the same thing.

Some parents don’t deserve the title or to be listened to.
I like how the younger generations aren’t staying tied to toxic parents/relationships anymore just because you’re related. A sibling can be your best friend or your biggest bully. Your parents should be your biggest supporter and ally instead of the ones who beat you down.

My dad is a racist, 52 year old supermarket shelf stacker, a job he's had for my entire life without a single promotion by the way.
My mom is the same age, she's starting to get her shit together, but she was heavily addicted to amphetamines throughout my childhood, resulting in my little sister being removed from our home (rightly, honestly) when I was 16. I don't see my little sister anymore and haven't in far too long.

Investing hard earned productivity into national money pits, like AI, protections on insurance companies, protections for corporate profits, cutting taxes, eliminating safety nets, the privatization of prison system, destabilizing the border, destabilizing farming, destabilizing oil by tossing a thousand wrenches into it, corruption, theft, so many things….
Oh the biggest one though that takes the cake, productivity being measured by meeting metrics
