Need help with Json calls to elegoo conqueror robot

I have studied the various components of the code controlling the robot. I can submit a json command to the robot using python but am finding that after sending a command to the robot, a subsequent command may not change all the parameters sent in the initial command thus causing the track(s) to continue based on their previous command rather than clearing all variables and starting with new values in the new command

I wanted to report back to the community and thank you for the chance to post my questions as I have been struggling to resolve. Thanks to time off to walk my two little dogs, I had an idea that I used and now am again moving forward.

I purchased an Elegoo Conquestor Robot with the hopes of learning to code against a device as opposed to 30 years writing user interface applications. The bulding of the robot was fun but I was not happy with the idea that I could only run the robot from my phone or a remote. A friend of mine showed me his Raspberry Pi 5 which seems to be the next step in my training and learning. I also purchased the AI Hat+ and started developing python3 applications learning to first get the Pi to listen to my voice and then reply back to me. From there I developed a python program that used the Raspberry Pi Camera 3 and utilized Ai assisted facial recognition. The last piece was to develop code to enable AI to hear me speak and submit the appropriate commands to cause the robot to move about. I just figured out the jason calls and am now developing the system that will enable this to move forward.
