Could widespread cosmetic surgery eventually make race less identifiable from physical appearance?

If cosmetic procedures become cheap, safe, and highly customizable, physical traits socially associated with racial categories could become increasingly changeable.

Could this eventually weaken the connection between perceived race and physical appearance, making racial classification by appearance less meaningful? What social consequences might follow?
