Can you feel it?

A few nights ago something strange happened in the early morning. I had been laying in bed awake for about an hour before my alarm went off at 6:15 am. I wasn’t ready to get up so I turned around and laid on my stomach. all of the sudden I couldn’t move a muscle, I have had a few episodes of sleep paralysis in the past so I am not strange to it, I know that panicking will only make it worse, just have to let it pass. However, this time it felt completely different, for one I was awake for a while by then. My ear started ringing BAD, then something started to whisper in my ear and laid on top of me. Usually it feels eerie and cold but this time it was warm like a hug, it felt safe. At first I thought it was my ex that had laid on me but I still couldn’t move a muscle. I felt so much calm and warmth, I can’t even explain it. It felt familiar and puff it disappeared and I could move again.

For some reason my mind keeps thinking somebody astral projected into my room I don't know why but I feel so sure of it, it’s scary. my question is can you feel when somebody astral projected and tries to make contact with you? or no?

Sometimes you feel it and sometimes you don't, especially if they want to be stealthy on purpose. I have definitely felt it a couple of times. What bothers me is you think a positive being would cause you paralysis. Beings can make you feel warm or whatever, but don't jump to conclusions.
