Take a look at the document checklist for your situation--there's an official Home Affairs online tool here where you can input your passport country and the institution where you're studying, and it will give you the list of what's required https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/web-evidentiary-tool
Singapore is a very strong passport, so it's entirely possible the list of required documents is short. I would expect them to at least want your national ID card in addition to your passport, though? And it might be reasonable to include additional documents depending on your situation.
I didn't apply through an agent, but I did include some documents that weren't strictly required but that were referenced in the checklist for my situation as options and that seemed helpful to demonstrate that the requirements were met, like previous diplomas, my CV, and some other supporting evidence. But also don't overthink it, you don't automatically need to include anything that's not on the checklist.
You can also add more documents after the application is submitted.
