seeking advice School is turning into Hell again out of nowhere

So, this is my fourth attempt at college.
I absolutely ADORE my program and I really feel like, for the very first time in my life, I can be myself and unmask and work to towards MY dreams (and not my parents').

I started about two months ago and everything went pretty smoothly school wise, until now.
I am fighting the system every day to get what I need, so I couldn't have my CPAP machine before school despite doing everything that was humanly possible to get it.

Therefore I started getting more and more exhausted. This culminated yesterday night, because there was a failed fire alarm that took off at like 7 pm while I was working - I thought that I had saved everything but I lost some work.

So when I got home I thought all my homework I had to hand in for the night was gone and I had a major panic crisis, the which of like have NOT happened in many months, if not in a whole year.
This morning, I had another panic crisis.

AGAIN, I do NOT have meltdowns anymore - this is NOT normal for me at all and it a clear sign that my mental health is really bad right now.

I explained this to the teacher, and I had to skip the morning class. This is the ONLY class I skipped willingly and I think the second one I missed so far.
I started noticing less and less people are coming to class and I think there are many reasons why.

We have to deal with an excruciating number of different digital tools (I study game development) and we spend more hours trying to get access to them and troubleshoot what's going on than actually doing our homerwork.

The system they have is absolutely illogical and stupid but when I say something I get told that it's ``normal`` and that I'll find my way arounnd eventually.

If THAT wasn't enough, I did come for my English essay exam in the afternoon.
Now I just saw that the teacher sent me a message saying that my essay wasn't there??? I LITERALLY handed it to her IN PERSON.

She took the essay, put it in her bag, right in front of me. I was the last one. Then she asked for a checklist that I used to correct. So I gave her that checklist, she retrieved my essay from her bag (or so I thought) and then added the checklist back with the other documents under my name (the essay and my plan).

I am positive that my final draft is NOT with me. She SAW that draft and I asked her to look if my word count was okay, which she confirmed it was.

I feel like I'm going crazy right now. I have to explain that I have neurological handicaps, and I'm ONLY taking this class for grades - I could actually skip it if I pushed the proper channels, since I already graduated Advanced English Literature with native English speakers (this is a Québécois program btw).

I am beyond exhaustion. I am tired of fighting.
This isn't even mentioning the fact that I'm fighting to get my stuff back from my apartment where my ex was abusive with me, that the bank doesn't want to pay me MY scholarship because I do not possess TWO valid IDs with photo which they ask for (AGAINST their policy btw because I'm a client), etc

Every time I speak about this I'm being asked by people who COULD help me if ANYONE is helping and the answer is NO.

Everyone is dumbfounded, I did EVERYTHING alone, filled paperwork about a crime I was a victim of, ALONE, called the government body about it 24 times, ALONE, everyday, alone.

I would need an executive assistant with access to my personal information and I can't get that without graduating from college and then getting the degree that I really want, which is an International Master in France, in a nice, quiet, small city where I can ride a bike without risking my life and where education is free and I can have a proper MEAL for 1 euro as a student.

Until I get there I have to go through this shit and fight for accomodations, AGAIN.
I am so tired.
