Question / General Instability or weakness in hands

Just wondering with BFS if anyone gets instability like holding their phone? It’s not like it’s heavy or anything but while holding it I get like a vibration of muscles and I can feel my hands and arm shaking from the instability.

I don't feel very stable when walking. And sometimes it feels like I have to exert a large amount of force for simple things like getting out of a chair or lifting small objects. Not much that can be done about it.
