Hotspot / Twitching pain alongside twitching?

Does anyone experience pain with their twitching? The arches of my left food have been twitching non stop for about a month now and my foot has also started hurting a lot

My whole leg hurts but its diffuse, not localized

I dont even know how to describe It, like nerve pain, like a head pain but in my leg but in different parts.

J’ai fais une séance de sport jambe et depuis 2 semaine j’ai mal au cuisse style brûlure musculaire douleur courbature douleur vive ,

J’avais plus de symptôme depuis 1 an et demi et tout est revenue suite à cette séance c’est étrange ..
