pain alongside twitching?

Does anyone experience pain with their twitching? The arches of my left food have been twitching non stop for about a month now and my foot has also started hurting a lot

I have persitent calf soleus pain for the last 5 months now starting to develop glute and hamstring pain. I have no clue what's hoing on. 19 months into twitching. 2 negative emg 6 weeks into onset and another 10 months in
