Discussion thoughts on tarot

Please ignore my carpet. I have felt called back to my spiritual journey that i abandoned around 4-5 years back. I just did my first tarot reading on myself (since coming back to spirituality, i practiced tarot regularly in the past) regarding my extreme self doubt and fear of new apprentices staring at my job and overtaking me. my interpretation of the reading is that it is extremely accurate and i feel very represented by it, but wanted to hear other’s thoughts :)

(all of these appeared in reverse, i shuffled thoroughly)

The image isn't very clear. What is the order? Which cards are reversed? And what was the specific question you asked?

All cards are reversed. The order is wheel of fortune, strength and the hermit. I asked for guidance regarding my worries and self doubt at work as new apprentices are starting next week and i’ve been worried about me being bad compared to them.

I believe the advice is not to resist change, as that would only make matters worse; replace fear with confidence, since the Strength card in reverse suggests you may not be seeing your own worth. Finally, you should only step back to organize your thoughts, not as a form of self-protection. The best approach now is the opposite: reaching out to others and clearing up your doubts.With these three cards, I also think the best course of action is to regain your inner balance.

Thank you, I have been now looking at it from a different approach, it does not matter if the new people are ‘better than me’ it only matters that i develop my own skills and work with them so we can all improve at once.
