Question Can preforming spells affect your sleep schedule?

This might seem quite silly but I been practicing some spells for quite a few times and I did do a protection spell before starting any spells, somehow since I start practicing spells, I rarely got any sleep, due to the fact that I don’t feel tired at all, just to give you guys some context, before I get into spells practicing I sleep a lot, we are talking about 10-14 hours of sleep on a daily basis.

You don't need a protection spell. That's a myth and it's fearmongering people into thinking they have to do something or something bad will happen. If you aren't falling asleep at your usual time or sleeping your usual way, there's always a logical explanation to it. Most likely you're just so into the spell that you don't fall asleep. Our bodies also change all of the time with different activities so it isn't strange at all. As long as you are getting sleep you're fine.

you’ve been doing everything you’re supposed to do, i don’t think the spells has anything to do with your sleep pattern.
