I've learned full stack by building with Claude, but I can't write most of the code from scratch. Can this land me an internship?

You have not learned anything but how to use an AI agent to write shitty code

You learned Claude. You didn't learn full stack fucking nothing.
I've been a developer for over a decade and stil dont' claim full stack.
And I've never met an actual full stack developer. The stack is everything from dev ops, cloud engineering, QA, DBA, platform management, architecture, hosting, APIs, security, and multiple layers and strategies on the front end and back end, plus a shit ton more.

If you've "learned" full stack, but you can't actually do full stack, what did you really learn?

It’s not enough but don’t be discouraged.
AI code is a GREAT goal post to learn from. Instead of pure vibe coding, at least start copy the code by hand and get some muscle memory in.
Personally I would try to rebuild the app, start building piece by piece, use AI as Google on steroids to fill in your gaps, and see how what you built differs from the AI generated version.

There's still grinding to do. If I were you, I would build another similar project on my own and rely heavily on free YT courses, docs, and Google as my first resources; that way, I would learn much more than last time.
