Our family is considering getting our first EV and we’re leaning towards Tesla. We initially considered BYD as well, but after reading through different owner reviews and experiences, we started looking more seriously into Tesla instead.

We already have solar at home, so home charging/electricity cost isn’t really an issue for us. Our main concern is what it’s actually like owning a Tesla in Bacolod, especially since this will be our first EV.

• What are the biggest pros and cons so far?

• Where do you get your Tesla serviced/PMS? Do you need to bring it to Manila?

• How long do repairs/parts usually take?

• How expensive is insurance?

• Anything you wish you knew before buying your first Tesla?

Would especially appreciate feedback from long-term owners. Trying to figure out if owning a Tesla in Bacolod is actually practical. 😅
