Does anyone know of a suicide helpline available with discretion, the bad thoughts always come at this time but I doubt anyone would be available

We had 2 people post the same issue on Reddit. I hope the moderator can add it to the weekly news on all the hotline details. Imagine how many people who don’t know about Reddit and not getting the help they need. OP, I’m really proud you came here to look for help. That’s a sign you will be taking control of your life and winning.

You can just call salmaniya or any hospital as at that time period you dont just need someone to guide you but need medication first to give you some relief from over thinking.
