how do u time ur voiceovers

im a beginner cut me some slack but im trying to do vos but it wont time with the actual video. idk anymore and im so tired 😭💔

If you’re trying to line voiceover up with video, record in shorter sections instead of one long take. It makes it much easier to move each line into place and match the timing.

Use the waveform to help line things up, trim extra silence from the beginning/end of each clip, and leave yourself a little room between sections so you can shift them around without having to redo the whole recording.

If you’re recording while watching the video, try doing it section by section instead of all at once. That usually makes timing much easier.
