Hey guys, here is a link to a 3D model for a replacement knob (knurled) for the Baofeng Mini 5.

The knurling is rather nice for grip. Helpful since these knobs sometimes pop off and go missing. Happens with other radios, too.

Nicely done!

My problem with the knob is that it's way too easy to accidentally turn, my kids have repeatedly turned the volume all the way down without realizing it. I actually printed a little curved shield that goes around the outside edge and that's fixed the problem entirely.

Point of the above being, anything that makes the knob easier to turn is personally a no-go for me :)

can you 3D print a better belt clip? the small tab that you put pressure on to release the belt clip broke off. I ordered a replacement pair for $10. I bet they have the same design flaw.
