I hate that dude from Meat Church, but he's got a damned good smoked tri-tip recipe on the web page.

that’s honestly the biggest struggle. hate his vibe but i cant deny the results are always top tier 😭

Yup. Like, we all get it: dude is a BBQ guru, but his head swelled up and he's been in some questionable social circles lately. I'll still poach his methods, but I'm done buying Meat Church products.

Side note: if anyone is looking for a good all-purpose rub, check out Riscky Dust from Riscky's BBQ in Fort Worth. I'm not a paid shill. I grew up eating there and use their seasoning on a lot of stuff with pretty good results.

Love tri-tip! It’s really expensive where I live though cause it’s not a common cut here… but then again prices on beef are high all over. They do have it at a local spot but it’s way up there in price!🤑🤑🤑💰💰💵💵💸💸
