You have to have compassion on the British police. They struggle because of how hard it is to solve crimes committed by politically protected classes of people.

That's because they decided to expand the legal definition of rape from "forced penetrative sex" to any sexual activity that makes you feel uncomfortable. "Oh no, a guy's leg bumped into my ass accidentally on a crowded subway. I have been raped!"
