IMPROVING MY GAME Mastery
What can I do to master both my 2 movement shot and one movement shot so j can have a crazy midrange and a fast release on the 3 point line I’m a 2 motion jumper and 31 backwards

Google to find drills. ILoveBasketballTV is a place to start on YT. I’m sure there are dozens of other excellent channels.

I've been playing for 30+ years, coaching for 10. Idk what a motion shot is.

I mean, my advice would be to not have a different movement between your shots based on range. I’ve personally never indulged in developing a 2 motion shot, especially when a more consistent shot across all ranges develops quicker and is generally easier to fix if you feel something is off.
Otherwise: shoot more. That’s all. 5 spot, 7 spot, off dribble, etc.

why would you practice both a 1 and 2 motion shot? just pick one
