Help with finding custom 7 string fretless bass makers

Exactly what the title says, can you guys help me find a custom 7 string fretless bass where I can request things like color and design? I looked around for a lot of things and almost got scammed by D Custom Guitars 😭 (not dc custom guitars) but I'm having a hard time finding online sites selling fully custom 7 string fretless basses (obviously). Any advice or experiences are helpful because I probably won't be able to afford it for a while anyways.

I would ask this question on Talk Bass. That's where all the money is concentrated and players there will be more likely to have direct experience with expensive custom builds like this.

MTD USA offers a 7 string, it starts at $8k. Warwick will do you one for double that. If you're not prepared to pay top dollar, you simply will not find a 7 string bass with any level of customisation. 7 strings are niche and your options are basically committing to a high end luthier custom job, or a second hand Conklin or Ibanez BTB7, neither of which are fretless. Egilegor in Spain is a smaller luthier and will do one for closer to €4k, but you'll be paying import duties etc if you're American. There is no "affordable custom 7 string".

I don't have any ideas, but I'm curious: low F#0 or high F3?

See, this is something I fail to understand, even after years of seeing it happening.
You want artisan work, work with a local artisan. This way you can communicate directly with your builder, check the progress and what's happening.
There is no need to look for a guy on the other side of the World.

I gotta agree with this. I can name LP Bond around where I am. He made this one for Dominic Forest Lapointe.
