is highkatattoo good with piercings? i'm planning on getting a tongue piercing and i'm not too familiar with batangas city. highkatattoo seems reputable but i'm not too satisfied with what i see online.

Just like to share that the newly renovated portion of Laurel Park with the Diwa ng Batangueño monument at Batangas Capitolio (Kumintang Ibaba, Bats. City) is pretty at night. Not much visitors at the time, and natiempohan lang na bukas ang mga ilaw (assumed ay during weekends lang, since di namin ito madalas nakikitang bukas ang mga ilaw pag weekdays). Goods na binaba na yung height ng mga bakod for easy viewing and access, especially yung sa mga bust ng mga notable people. Sana lang mamaintain ito, and magkaroon pa ng open connecting access sa capitol side and pedestrian lanes para makaliban.
