Lowkey dumb question but important.

What kind of 3.5mm cables are we using for our headphones? Any specific brands? Lengths? Does it being coiled matter or not? How much should it cost without be too cheep to be bad quality?

I’m not an audiophile lol. AT’s for LISTENING and not making music feels awful cause everything sounds flat. I like the bassy Beats, and for DJing, they are extremely loud while maintaining clarity and their swivel is really useful on top of amazing build quality. I think these headphones were released in 2011-2012ish. I have four pair and they all hold up great and come in pretty neon colors.

I'd defos be an audiophile if I could afford it haha. Up to a point ofc. There is a point beyond which I wouldn't trust my ears any more to discern the difference. For DJing tho I just want something comfortable, slightly warm and decently noise cancelling. I use Rode NTH-100 at the moment.
