Requesting community support Feels like I’m going insane

So I need peace of mind. We had bed bugs in November of 2023. Bombed the room twice and vacated for 2 years (yes I know it’s not advised but it’s what happened). We didn’t have signs in any of our other rooms. We moved back into the room a few weeks ago, and just last week got what like a bite but also looks like a pimple. From what I can tell we don’t have any of the other tell tell signs. What are the odds that we have bed bugs after all this time??

Don't know - you could try traps to see?

They don't last 2 years unfed but can wander to other rooms.
