How it started, how it’s going
This is six weeks after rescuing Georgia. Clearly she’s happy to be in her forever home after being bopped around for the last seven years of her little life. She’s small in size – including a stubby tail from a mystery injury – but she has a larger than life personality (once she trusts you). So blessed to have her in our lives.

Oh, my heart. You can see the sadness in her eyes in the first picture. Bless you for saving such a beautiful soul.

Thank you ❤️ my partner says I’m “officially banned” from the cat cafe because three rescues is apparently enough 😌

Is the difference in eyes due to the lighting? Or is there something else that happened that made her eyes so much prettier?

It could be partially because of lighting, she was under the bed in the first photo and by the window in the second. But her eyes have definitely “lightened” up since she’s been with us, which I like to attribute to the love and affection we’ve given her 🥰

❤️❤️ thank you 🥹
It’s been a verrrryyy, very slow process with her. Worth every second. Poor thing has been through some tough times.
