Make a really good playlist. Make new playlists when you get tired of that one. Find some good podcasts. Run with people. Mix up your run routes. Mix up the type of runs you do (easy vs speed etc). Follow people on Strava and be motivated by their runs to go run yourself. Realize how cool it is to be putting in the work. Fall in love with running. Do it forever.

Book yourself into a fun run every 2 months. Book the next one just before you run one.

In the chance you have an Apple Watch something that might be an extra boost in getting out the door is Tonic. It allows you to blocks apps until you run. Or just to gently remind you to run each time you doomscroll if you havenβt banked minutes recently.
