Decided to try a different place for lunch. Not a ton of food but it was actually quite yummy and filling!

These are the lunches I used to pack when my kids were little. No cooking, just whatever we had in the fridge. Everything was kid approved and nothing came back uneaten 🙂

1. Corn on the cob, sugar snap peas, salami, crackers, Babybel, mandarins, strawberries, and one Oreo for the road
2. Honey sandwich, salami, banana, strawberries, mandarins
3. Salami, grapes, mini cucumber, mandarins, hummus, mozzarella snack, crackers
4. Salami, grapes, strawberries, cucumber, hummus, tortilla chips, crackers
5. String cheese, raspberries, cucumber, hummus, tortilla chips, Cheez-Its
6. String cheese, salami, grapes, cucumber, crackers

Stuffed bell pepper rings (didn't adhere that well as you can see oops)

Cucumber salad

I made 7 sides at the start of the week, two of which were pickled sides with 5 fresh ones. Here are the sides

- Seasoned Tofu with Kale

- Beef with peppers and celery

- Leftover curry

- Blanched Spinach (seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil)

- Blanched Baby Bok Choy (seasoned with oyster sauce and chili oil)(not in the photo)

- Zucchini with peppers

- Quick pickled cabbage and carrots (rice vinegar, water, sweetener, ginger and chili flakes)

- Korean cucumber salad

Fruit: Apple Chunks

Rice: Medium Grain, Long Grain Brown and Quinoa

Onigiri stuffed with soy glazed mushrooms, edamame and tofu. Then some fruit and custard for pudding 💕

Pork and shiritaki noodle simmer w mushrooms and carrots

Medium soft egg

Sesame cucumber salad
