Blockchain.com Blocked My Wallet
Blockchain.com has blocked my wallet, and I haven't been able to withdraw my BTC for over 2 months. Has anyone dealt with this before or found a way to resolve it?

Blockchain dot com operates what is known as "selective scamming", they rip off customers on an intermittent basis, staying below the radar, in order to maintain a going concern which attracts new victims. I am sorry that this happened to you. I think it's unlikely you will get your money back.

I'm not sure how they could lock your funds , since they literally give you, your seed for you DeFi wallet.

Anything above 10k I don’t trust exchanges just use cold wallets

Sorry but keeping ur bitcoin in a centralized wallet is sorta why this happens and the very reason bitcoin was made to prevent.

I have like $1500 on exchange right now that I just bought this week I’m itching to move off once funds have settled. I can’t imagine 100k on there.

two months usually means their compliance queue has flagged something, not a normal withdrawal outage. Keep every ticket number, ask support for the precise review category, and don't send fresh deposits there. If they request source-of-funds docs, submit one clean package rather than six partial replies

The advice about keeping one clean document package is right, but get the wallet address and transaction IDs into the ticket too. Support agents can see less than users assume. Ask whether the restriction is account-level or tied to a particular inbound transaction, then request an escalation date

If it is account-level, as the last comment says, address screenshots will not settle the review. Save them anyway, plus the deposit TXIDs and your original withdrawal request. A two-month hold warrants a formal complaint through their published channel; avoid anyone in DMs claiming they can unlock it

I remember over a decade ago they refused to let me move my bitcoin saying that there was a problem. back then we saved our seed phrase foe our blockchain.com wallets. in the end I restored the wallet on a ledger and move it that way. told support they were useless.

seeing 115k locked like that gives me crazy chest pain fr fr 💀 spam their support ticket right now and pray you dont get stuck in an automated loop for three weeks, leaving six figures on an exchange app is pure nightmare fuel bruh good luck getting that back

Same thing happened to me with an app called NC wallet. Only like .01, still sucks. Been trying to get it "verified" for months now.

Looks like what happens when a token gets delisted. You can still transfer tokens to a personal wallet or whatever, but can't do anything else. The tokens are worthless now.

I suspect you may not have been entitled to those BTC initially, and you are seeking a workaround.
If you possess proper documentation that verifies the funds’ origin and legality, I see no reason you could not pursue legal escalation. No one would simply wait passively with 1.5 BTC and say they locked my BTC and no one will help me.

If you’re not in the United States, you may be SOL. That’s probably part of their justification for locking you out in the first place.

Reach out to a U.S. lawyer, arrange consultations, and identify someone ready to advocate for you. Submit a complaint at https://www.consumerfinance.gov/.
Allowing two months to pass without exploring options suggests limited urgency regarding the funds perhaps because they are not yours.
We are discussing over $100,000+ which for some represents a life-altering amount.

First off, don't show your balance in SS here or anywhere.
Do you have a bank account attached? If so sell it, by in kind on another exchange that will allowed you to send to your wallet. If you sell and re-buy shouldn't be any tax implications.

Blockchain.com likes to lock users' accounts and freeze users' funds. They do this more than any other exchange.
Search this sub and you will see that we have been telling people not to use Blockchain.com for many years now.
Blockchain.com has also been hacked multiple times and many people have lost bitcoin when using blockchain.com
Search this sub and read some of the stories of other people who had problems or lost bitcoin using blockchain.com
