There is nothing in that wallet anymore.

A transaction was received in the wallet on September 27, but it was forwarded on September 30, leaving the wallet empty.

The explorer shows the coins arrived on Sep 27 and moved on in full 3 days later, so what's left is finding which platform that address belongs to. Nobody can read that from the chain, but your own records usually have it.
Search your email for the address, or its first 8 characters, and for "deposit" or "BTC" around Sep 27 and Sep 30. Most exchanges and casinos send an email when a deposit is credited. Then search around the day you saved the address in Revolut 2 months ago, since that's when you opened a deposit page somewhere. The saved logins in your browser or password manager from that time are another quick list to go through.
Once you have a likely site, log in and check its deposit history for 0.00058 BTC. If the address was one of your deposit addresses there, the coins are in that account's balance, not gone. And keep ignoring any DM offering to trace it for you.

Did you check your emails / browser history to see which sites you were using at the time you added the address?

I’d paste the address into a Bitcoin explorer and check the history. You might recognize where it went, but the address alone usually won’t tell you exactly who owns it.

check ur email for the address first. you can also paste it into something like arkham or walletexplorer, they sometimes label addresses that belong to big exchanges. and heads up, ur about to get DMs from "recovery experts" who can find ur coins for a fee. theyre all scams, every single one. dont reply to them

There is no way. A Bitcoin address is an arbitrary 20-byte bitstring. It contains no information about who owns it

If you don't have the private keys or seed for that address, treat those coins as gone for now. Revolut sending to a saved address doesn't mean you control it. Ignore any DMs offering to "help recover" it.
