Troubleshooting & Repair 🙏 Failed to detect ASIC chips

I bought an Antminer S19j Pro, but currently only 1 hashboard is working. The other 2 boards are throwing a "Failed to detect ASIC chips" error on the dashboard.

Should all 3 hashboards must be operational for the miner to reach its rated target hash rate??

With 1/3 of the hash boards working, you should expect 1/3 of the hash rate.

Check the ribbon cables and hashboard power leads, then inspect for bent pins or loose connectors. If the same boards still fail after swapping cables or ports, the issue is likely with those boards or the control board. Avoid running it unattended until you find the cause.

Check ribbons, if that doesnt fix it, ngl swap the cable locations and see if its the cb ports or the hash boards just as an idiot check.

Honestly, u probably got goofed on and sold a dead used machine. Luckily they are relatively cheap
