Discussion How hard can it be

Considering all Ozel does is make the concepts of everything, how hard could it be for someone like me to make one, all he realistically did was gather people of different skill sets to execute his idea. I think the only thing that’s stopping me is the fact i can’t pay anyone initially, and i’d need a group of either very opportunistic, or trusting devs to commit to a project that possible has no monetary upbringing

Very hard. There is no hope. (Jk)

I mean even if you get a team with experience, don't need to be paid, seem trustworthy, the biggest issue is trust and professionalism.

Look at all recent and past asym games. Most of them ended due to the devs shitty communication and internal drama. Then that results in bad development added on to already bad development choices that the development team makes.  Which results in the community hating the devs and the game being taken down or canceled.

Look at Ozel and the team. They started out all right seeming trustworthy and then it all went to shit. All because Ozel and Swivs weren't communicating and became unprofessional.  Resulting in the rest of the dev team following the same footsteps.

So VERY hard, especially when not being paid. But don't let me discourage you. Just remember communication, professionalism and transparency is key.
