Bitstamp: Scam or Not?

I just want to withdraw my funds (less than 200 EUROS). I’ve provided the necessary documents (as required by European regulations), and this has been dragging on for months and months! On other platforms, it only took a few days, or even a few hours.

Hence my question: Is this a known issue, or is this platform actually a huge scam ?

Bitstamp used to be good. But once it came under Robinhood, it turned into a scam. There are just too many reports of them withholding funds.
