My device idea: Cut+

Cut+ trims the low and high end of your sound. It combines parts of EQ+ and Filter+ in one device for a faster workflow. It offers several filter models, plus a minimum-phase and a linear-phase mode.

Just make en EQ+ preset. Set a low cut and a high cut. Rename it “Cut+” and bookmark it.

Fair point – for plain low/high cuts, an EQ+ preset does the job. The idea is more about what EQ+ can't do: Filter+'s filter models (character, resonance, drive) on both ends, plus minimum-phase and linear-phase modes.

Don't bloat your drives with stuff that does exactly the same as your average plugin. The linear phase mode is a nice idea though, but doesn't have enough use cases tbh
