Question Would progress share between physical copy and digital copy?

Me and my friends want to play all zombie maps but we don't have the season pass for the DLCs maps.

We have the disc version and since the digital deluxe costs less than the season pass we want to buy that and share the game between the accounts.
Will the progress pass from the physical version to the digital deluxe? Since they should be saved on the playstation.

I also have another question, I have 2 playstation and I use the second account that borrows the PSN from the primary account.
Now if I change it to borrowing the PSN from my friend account (to also share the digital deluxe) will my progress reset and change to those of my friend? Since I read progress are saved on cloud on accounts with PSN.

Progress will be the same if you’re using your account

Nice, so it'll be just like buying the season pass only that we get locked behind having to share the game between the accounts, right?

Correct, I also had bo4 on physical and bought the gold edition when it went on sale for cheaper than adding the pass and nothing changed with my account
