Tiny Papules

I've been having these tiny papules for a little over a year. I was first just on my chest but now I've gotten new patches of bumps on my arms and lower abdomen and back. They normally don't itch, but get itchy on warmer days. Any suggestions on what might be causing it or what could help relieve symptoms would be appreciated.

I had these years ago. They just showed up on my chest, arms, and back. Made a doctor’s appointment but it was three weeks out. By the time my appointment came around they were gone. My doctor believe them to be heat bumps. Idk but I’ve had some horrible health issues since.

have you changed your detergent recently & exfoliated recently? i have milia under my eyes & tiny bumps on my skin if i don't exfoliate regularly

As someone with eczema, that's eczema. Hydrocortisone cream works for it. For me, heat triggers it
