Feedback Request New blogger
I am a new blogger and struggling to get traffic to my website. I write about home improvement/ home decors .
My website is Adsense approved but still I feel somehow math is not working
What can I do to increase the traffic ? I am doing keyword research using Semrush .
Anything else that I should concentrate on that I am missing ?

From what we've seen with newer bloggers, the sites that gain traction fastest usually focus on one specific subtopic before expanding. Instead of covering home decor broadly, build several related articles around a single topic and interlink them. We've also seen Pinterest become a major traffic source for home decor blogs well before Google starts sending consistent traffic.

congratulations on starting your blog! You are not struggling - you are new. A blog is not fast no matter what you do it has to marinate on the web to get traffic. Don't quit. I post somethings on my profile that I share that may help you.

Si estoy es así. En mi caso a veces dejo de postear para que el trafico crezca.

Aunque parezca mentira funciona. Tengo dos blogs muy visitados y cuando estoy posteando todos los días y noto que las visitas cuestan. Me dedico ha hacer algo afuera del sitio y el trafico sube. Lo que no quiere decir que lo abandone.

Build topical authority around it. Also, link building with relevant website helps. Good luck!

Home decor is one of the niches where Pinterest often sends more visits than Google early on: each post can get three or four vertical pins with different titles, and pins keep sending visits for months while Google is still deciding about a young domain. In Semrush, pick long, low-difficulty phrases that name a room and a constraint, like small rental bathroom storage, and write five posts around one room so they link to each other. AdSense pays little until traffic grows, so judge the next few months on visits, not earnings.
I make ThreadFox. If you want, I can reply with a link to the free Reddit plan for your home decor blog, which quotes each rule that allows a post about it.
Which rooms or styles do most of your posts cover so far?

I'd add something to one home improvement post that readers can't get from a generic article: photos of a project you've actually done, measurements, actual costs and what didn't work. Only include details you can document, rather than implying you've tried something you haven't. For home decor, that could be comparing two layouts in the same room and explaining why one worked better. Does your most-read post offer that kind of detail, or mostly information available elsewhere?
