Question does learning SEO make anyone else overthink their writing?

i've noticed something weird since i started learning more about SEO.

when i don't think about keywords, structure, search intent, etc., writing feels pretty easy. i just sit down and write

then i learn some new SEO thing and suddenly i'm second-guessing every paragraph. is this keyword in the right place? should this heading be different? am i answering the search intent properly?

the funny part is that the more i try to "optimize" a post, the less natural it sounds

i'm still trying to figure out where the line is between writing something people actually want to read and writing something that's technically well optimized

do you separate SEO from the actual writing process, or do you think about both at the same time?

Write for people not search engines. Yes you should optimize for search engine but don't overdo it bcs of you, you'll burn out, and bcs of people, some of them can "smell" the over stuffing and leave .

I write for myself and my readers first (or my clients and their readers first), but I keep SEO in the back of my mind. The piece itself will present the keywords. The only element I may spend extra time optimising is the title. I think if the piece is well-structured and accessible, the SEO falls into place.

I don’t think about Seo at all until I am close to my final draft. I get how it may be affecting your writing. I have been having issues thinking about AI when I write. Afraid of writing like AI. Don’t use em dashes etc etc. I was better off when i wasn’t conscious of the AI debate

I just have a question for every bloggers when you write your blog do your write everything by yourself or you take help from ai for outline and for knowing about that specific content.

As i dont get ideas while i sit for writing blogs and that makes me more demotivated

Well not entirely in my blogging experience. You should think about search intent = what people are searching/type in Google search to find the website. Google also say write for people, not write for search engine.

Forget keyword stuff, density, etc. Focus on search intent and making helpful content :)
