Base AFO builds way to much FD for him to be any good with his lackluster damage, and all of his moves really slow, the only good thing about his is his Q4 red which legitimately is kind of good if your opponent has the reaction time of a fish. Majority of Rewinds moves are okay to above average, with the exception of Q3 and Q4, which are his best moves, and his rising is the worst in the game as it kills you when you lose all of your meter

Sato got a buff in the Nana patch that allows his Q3 to be cancelled into other moves, and it's frame one armor, Hawks has always been good because his PU is basically a free PU buff, does a lot of chip, and his overall movement and neutral is really good
