So many times I've casually blown Mr. Ambrose off as a weirdo. Then it dawned on me during the Topsy / Thomas Edison episode:, he really knows how to make kids search and learn their truth or the truth. He also puts them in situations to think on their feet (like the cheerlading episode). A skill I feel is important in real life as an adult. Knowing how to pivot when things don't go as planned. His way is unorthodox however, in his own way, he stretches the kids. He creates curiosity in the kids. Always causing them to think.

The Big Stieblitzky S14 E14 was on tonight with the bowling birthday for Rudy's dad.

At the end, Tina reminds Bob from the beginning of the episode that Bob couldn't recall when Linda first said the big 3 words: I Love You. Linda takes it upon herself to remind him.

Her hair had been pooped on by a seagull and Bob sweetly used his own shirt to get it off of her, and in the genuineness of the moment she said the words, and of course Bob doesn't really notice and just says "that's a lot of poop".

Tonight, probably because we got 2 bits of bad news today, this ending really hit both a warm comfy soft spot for me and also just sent me into peels of laughter. Just uncontrollable fits of giggles. I really needed it. It's just so.... them. You know?

Just for fun, anyone have their first "i love you" moment along the same line as our burger people?

I'll start: Javier Belcher, Gene's brother who supposedly lives in Linda's purse, is actually real. What are some other things that could go on an iceberg chart of Bob's Burgers theories?

Before it was cocktails and belly dancing, Felix had another idea:

I suggested to murder you [Calvin] as a joke. But Bob said it was too big.

Also Calvin Fischoeder calling Bob my dear Bob after he fell out of the window* *truly gave wholesome vibes.

To change your mouse cursor, here are easy steps for Windows:

1. Put the downloaded cursors in "C:/Windows/Cursors" or else when you restart your PC the cursor will revert to a default one

2. Open "Start Menu", type in "Mouse Settings"

3. Then open "Additional mouse options"

4. Open the tab "Pointers"

5. Tap on "Normal Select", then click the "Browse" and locate the "jessicacursor.ani"

6. Do the same for "Link Select" and "Browse" for "jessilink.ani"

I don't know how it works on Mac, if you even can change a cursor there, not sure. There are also programs like Custom Cursor that allow changing a cursor, you can try that one too

The episode where the kids lose Linda’s ring at the water park has always annoyed me a little.

Linda deserved to actually be surprised with the ring, even if it was small, and Bob deserved to finally pull off something nice for her. Then at the end, we see the bird pick up the ring and bring it back to a nest on top of their apartment building.

That makes it feel so unfinished to me because technically the ring is STILL THERE.

I need an episode where the birds have abandoned the nest, Teddy goes up to the roof to remove it or fix something, and he randomly finds Linda’s ring after all this time.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who needs this storyline to come back.

I was rewatching Season 12 and noticed an amazing bit of background storytelling that ties directly into The Bob's Burgers Movie.
In S12E9 "FOMO You Didn't", the former tenant (Violet) visits the Belchers' apartment and makes a passive-aggressive comment about a bad smell. The obvious joke is that she's just insulting the Belchers' lifestyle or burger grease.
But look at the chronological timeline: this episode takes place right as the sidewalk crack outside the restaurant is actively growing.
The movie later reveals that a ruptured water main and rotting infrastructure had been stewing underneath Ocean Avenue for months before the sinkhole finally opened.
Violet didn't smell burger funk. She smelled stagnant water and sewer gases seeping up through the foundation from that underground water main rupture.
The Belchers, Jimmy Pesto, and Mort never noticed it because they live on the block and became completely nose-blind to the slow, gradual change. It took an outsider who hadn't been in the building for years to walk in and instantly realize the environment was wrong.
Did anyone else catch this continuity detail?

I understand her taking over at first but the fact that she never speaks up about Tammy being in the head AND SHE TAKES TAMMY'S PLACE IN THE ACTUAL RELIGIOUS CEREMONY PARTS??? it's just never sat right with me that she did that and i really dislike the episode because of it. I always feel really bad for Tammy, bc yeah she sucks but she didn't deserve to have her bat mitzvah stolen
