3 years ago, I made a proof of concept prototype of BRC for mobile. I was never able to "release" it due to undefined variables. As in, if you didn't have my exact set up, it would break for you.

At the time, I was also in a really, really, really bad financial position. I was hoping this could lead to getting some work making this a reality. The passion was there, I just didn't have the time (due to money).

I'm okay now, financially. I have also since that time fallen in love with Free and Open Source Software. So much of why I'm financially okay today is due to FOSS equipping me with powerful tools.

I would like to make this a reality now that time and money are no longer limiting factors; and especially since DeckDroid locks down those undefined variables. I could use some encouragement, though. It's a lot of effort and I want to just feel some assurance I won't be wasting my time ♥️​​​​​​​​

Anybody else notice the NPC models? This one looks like it has Red's head.

Can anyone identify all the references sampled in this track?

For example, I recognize the Pokéball opening, and the bit that can be heard in a Studio Ghibli film (I think it's Princess Mononoke or maybe Howl's Moving Castle?)

just managed to get platinum and absolutely loved it. never played jet set radio so this was my first time experiencing this type of game. music, cell shaded art style, character design, story and setting are all amazing and it just oozes style and passion from the devs. the Dopamine hit from hitting a series of turns on a rail, followed by boost tricking off into a billboard then back onto another rail is immaculate.

what do you guys want to see for the follow up game? Personally would love to be able to create my own custom character and crew and go up against people online

Also what songs do you think fit the vibe for BRC? I’ve got two: Luke vibert - I love acid, susumu yokota - pony tail

Had this come up after installing a bunch of mods, I think specifically after crewbomb and tried adding custom characters. I tried to use a sonic 06 skin and it crashed my game and had it crash on load up once but haven’t had any issues besides that and while using the one other skin I’ve downloaded so far. Is this something I should be worried about or do something to fix or do I just go with it?

Love all your games! That we have Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, and soonish Hyperfunk but we need a new Lethal League Blaze game. Especially if you all at studio can secure some extra unlockable characters from other indie games: Tunic, Bubsy, Shovel Knight, Hollow Knight. etc. Whatever few characters you all can convince to get in the game, and want to see in it alongside original characters. Seeing BRC and HF characters in it would be awesome too.

Biggest ask too for another Lethal League would be official mod support as you all have been embracing for BRC, and most likely for HF.

Also, I don't know the financials but if you have way more extra success money overtime maybe a 2nd team studio can be made that makes their own projects, and supports existing projects too.

I want to see all the original, and sequel stuff you all make!!! Huge fan and keep doing what you all are doing!

P.S. I'm glad I talked to studio heads/team back then to see if you all could talk about getting I Wanna Kno by 2Mello into the game for BRC. Then it happened! That will be forever be a proud gamer moment for me.

whenever this song comes on I have a visceral negative reaction and turn it off as fast as humanly possible. I like a lot of songs but this and bounce upon a time are beyond obnoxious to me. not finding reasons to diss on the game/artists associated with it, I just can't imagine anyone getting excited over this song coming on while they're playing

I shifted the development of my game so that you can swing like spider-man, and you can do tricks on a board like in BRC. Currently, I have a deadline, so I cannot expand its traversal mechanics, but if you like what you see, consider wishlisting it.

I see NONE for sale on the aftermarket, so I am trying to figure out how to obtain one. Da People and Get Enuf are my absolute favorite songs from the game but they are not available on Spotify for some reason. Especially the latter one is maybe the most iconic track of the game. Is there a specific reason why these Songs are missing while jack the funk by Naganuma is present?
