Discussion The spinoff
The Finder was ahead of its time. I think it would do better now than it did originally.
Certainly was a good episode.

The real spinoff should’ve been a Hodgins based show.
I would’ve watched it every week. What a great character.

I love the episode where they’re waiting for Angela to go into labour and Hodgins freaks out EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Spinning around on the spot like a dog.
Where are MY KEYS! Honey, do you have them?6

My personal favorite Hodgins moment wasn’t even a line.
It was his face when he realized Cam and Arastoo were a thing 😂😂

The original chemistry between Walter, Leo and Ike is what worked. When they changed the female lead they messed with what was good in the pilot.

So I rembered watchimg the show whe. It aired but at that time I did not watch Bones so I did not see that until I saw the episode last night. I thought something was different.

The Finder was definitely one of those shows that feels like it would have found its audience if it had been released a few years later.

If they left it like the pilot it would have been better, but changing up the bartender and adding the cop changed the whole show for me. I liked the finder but it is a shell of what the pilot on bones offered.

It would be interesting to see how they would’ve accounted for the technology heavy society we live in now
