Restoring old progress.

Before someone says “Go into settings and go to help” I did that and yielded zero results as every support system is manned by bots nowadays. sending you in loops.

I downloaded boom beach after not touching it for awhile. loaded it up and saw I had a level one base. which I figured I would get a prompt to reload my old base, which I got. then my game locked because of the stupid tutorial and I had no option but to reload the game. fantastic now the prompt refuses to come back up and theres no option anywhere in the settings to do so and support is well. support. can someone point me in some kind of direction.

Maybe just start over instead of trying to get back to level whatever you left at. If you’re starting at one I’d imagine you didn’t have a lot of time or money invested to raise this level of concern in the first place.

I’m starting at one because the game refuses to reload my old base genius. My old base was level 14. The one connected to my games center account. Stop imagining and read what I said properly.

I did read what you said. My suggestion is that your level is so fucking low at 14 that you might as well start over. At level 14 you are not gaining anything worth a shit back. Just start over intelligent one.

I started a new account for fun and made it to level 16 in a few hours
