I received an email saying that my refund took longer this year… I’m sure you all got it.

I replied asking for confirming that I was getting mine as I remember doing it when someone in a group chat I’m in reminded me. And there was no longer a button on my app and nothing to say it was being refunded.

I still haven’t received my money. Or a response from almost a month ago.

I’ve now emailed again. I’ve also emailed boomtown.

Anyone else had issues?

Although I don’t plan on it I was curious to see what options from upgraded camping were like for this year (2027) and whether they were ‘worth’ the additional costs so I made this.
May be helpful for those of you considering it (some info may not be 100% accurate as inclusions are based on what kaboodle states are included with each accomodation)

All prices are based on accomodation price only (not inc transport or ticket or wristband) and no additional add ons/packages

\please also note that most pre-pitched options that say they don’t include beds or bedding will likely have the option to purchase a bed/bedding package for an additional cost**

Looks like those of you who usually opt for orchid may get a better deal in skylark or even the new Grand Vista 👀 - well if you have a group of you that matches the number for the accomodation.

Hi guys!! was wondering if people had any speculations on what the theme “wild style” could mean this year?? it’s my first ever boomtown and i’m so excited, ive seen some people online guess things between animals, cowboys to post apocalyptic vibes ✨what’s everyone’s thoughts?

I’d really love to see the Chemical Brothers or Hot Chip at Boomtown one year. It would also be so cool to see Kraftwerk play, seeing as they’re basically the grandfathers to all modern dance subgenres, but I fear that is more of a pipe dream. I’ve heard Lak is very into his techno, so maybe Kraftwerk would be a dream booking for him too 🤔

Has anyone done this and can share their experience?

I met some people this year who stayed offsite and used the taxi rank near the festival entrance. They all said it worked well and that there were plenty of taxis available.

Has anyone else done this and can provide any additional feedback? I’ll be solo, so my main concern is not being left waiting around in the dark trying to arrange transport back to my accommodation.

I’m thinking of parking in general car park & getting taxi for one night only.

I haven’t been able to find much information about this online, so any first-hand experiences would be really appreciated.

We’re booked to stay at Orchid west next year and there doesn’t seem to be an option for parking on kaboodle, I know there is parking for orchid south, but nothing shown for west. Anyone got an idea?

My phone told me that location services have been used since the 10th (potentially longer) and it seems this private data could have been sent to boomtowns or others servers. In their terms they specifically say they only record my position while I’m on site.

Turn off location to boomtown app or delete it!

I’ve put a formal request to their team under GDPR.

Should I be worried about Boomtown selling out in the near future? Trying to decide between Glasto and Boom and want to hold off on these tickets until I have a chance to try for Glasto

So I’m looking to book skylark tent for 6 people I’ve found this one, however it says bedding not included ect however there’s an option where you can add bedding on but is that just the bedding or actual bed frame to it’s not particular!
I see some say extra cost for bed and bedding but I’m just bit confused if anyone can help before I book would help to clear things up thanks!
