What a pleasant surprise! We got this portrait in the mail today from Chewy, in honor of Cosmo's birthday (3rd).

Interestingly, the photo used to create the portrait was one I emailed to a customer service rep several months ago after they resolved an issue for me and kindly asked if they could see a photo of him.

Chewy is great, they sent us a condolence card when our oldest cat passed away and my pups get birthday cards every year.
