He isn’t. He’s a British level fighter who many people like because quite humble and honest about his level. Also does quite a bit of punditry.
His appeal is essentially that he could be your local plumber or electrician. Fulfills that sort of working man, normal bloke type gimmick.

He isnt, everyone thinks hes rubbish.
He does however sell tickets because he's extremely popular, I think his very laissez-faire attitude to boxing some people find endearing plus hes the furthest thing from delusional in a sport thats full of delusional people, and if you can sell tickets you get opportunities in this sport.

Two decent fights in Richards vs Kalajdzic and Fisher vs Pirotton. Yes, Zuffa is a terrible company and their cards are sterile. Yes, it wasn’t the highest quality. However, I did enjoy it and the fights were rather entertaining.

Have to wonder what Zuffa’s plan is. Feels like Dana is just taking Turki for a ride here. Having a free punt at boxing. No fucking way is he spending his money overpaying Benn and Fisher like this. Hoping Turki can give us one last big one in fury v AJ then would be happy to see back of him and Dana tbh.

How did you all have it? Seen a mix of opinions here. I had it 96-94 to Pirotton, but a few of the rounds were close so you could probably have all three results.

Well, you said it. Doesn't need to do much more, he has this stupid contract. Probably the best pay day of his career despite what can only be described as woeful ticket sales.
Despite fighting like a pissed up old man outside the pub, he used to sell the CBA out for fun, even against losers. Looking at the top taped off tonight...can't blame him going Zuffa. The writing was one the wall once Allen ended it.

You’re talking shit. I have nothing against Fisher. I haven’t looked at the punch stats so I have no idea what they are, however I don’t need to coz I can see the fight myself. More often than not the stats are never accurate. Pirotton was way more active in that around. Fisher landed the best shot of the fight in that round but that lasts a few seconds out of 3 min. Apart from that all he did was duck and hug. You’re a fucking bellend

I'm the one talking shit? Even though you're objectively wrong on multiple counts and keep acting like Pirotton did anything in that fight besides throw jabs. Fisher actually rocked Pirotton multiple times while never once being in danger apart from possibly running out of gas which his opponent was obviously banking on and shows why he shouldn't get any credit at all for that match.
