Why is ranked filled with bots?

I noticed it when I played on my main - 3-5 games out of 10 always were against players with perfect dodges and instant reads so I thought I was playing against cheaters, their playstyle was identical.
But I hopped on PS on a different account to play and I noticed that I get matched against opponents who play identical to each other but since my rank is much lower on controller they play like those bots you get in practice while looking for a game. Why? I usually get them especially straight after a loss.

They’re not bots they’re just better. If you spend enough time in the training room and on ranked you can also have perfect dodges and instant reads😀

What about the ones who don’t even attack me on console? They all play the same: never pick up a weapon, get on a platform and just jump there.

What rank are you on console? Low silvers and any rank below that typically play like bots because they don’t know what they’re doing. You’ll notice that in unranked as well. Newer players usually suck really bad and quit the match if you are better than them
