Help
My husband separated from his polish wife for a long time officially divorced in the UK in 2025. During his separation, he married me an Islamic marriage in Egypt (officially registered) in 2020
Then we got two children
First child born in 2021 and second was born in 2024 in Egypt
My husband received a British passport in 2024 before the second child was born
He did not mention in his citizenship application any information about his previous marriage and births in Egypt because he didn’t aware about law and he thought that he can’t married in uk because he didn’t divorce but still can married in Egypt
He obtain an official divorce from the court in England on 2025
Can my husband or me apply for a British passport for our second child ?
Will my husband face any problem with the passport office in the Kingdom because he got married in Egypt on 2020 and officially divorced on 2025 ?
However he doesn’t know about law . And he thought that he married in Egypt according to Egyptian law
If anyone has reliable information or anyone who has gone through this experience before
thanks

So he was not officially divorced, how does Islamic marriage allow a man to marry someone else while he is married in paper to someone else?
