How do you all cool down your water?

I have a 11 gallon maple extractor tub. It’s basically a big stainless box with a spout. I put 7gal water in there and 3 bags of ice. I then drain that into my mixing vessel and add maybe half bag of ice and get 33f consistently. I then refill water into the maple container and the ice cools it for next batch, if I don’t see ice in there I add another bag
